Well-known in the Lake Havasu City area, Koena Tapscott has returned to Lake Havasu City and is joining the Desert Land Group Team with Keller Williams – Arizona Living Realty to help drive their Commercial Real Estate division. Koena was formerly a broker with CBRE in the Biltmore/Paradise Valley office. Prior to that, Koena was the highest-grossing commercial agent in Arizona, per capita, during her tenure in Lake Havasu City. Koena’s background also includes ten years of banking experience and 11 years of public accounting and holds a General Banking Diploma from the American Institute of Banking.
Ms. Tapscott has a BBA with a concentration in accounting from the University of Phoenix and designations in Arizona and Texas, as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Member of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), and a Member of Soroptimist International.
Koena first moved to Lake Havasu City in 1999 and has been very active in the community, serving as an officer in Soroptimist International and a board member of the Western Arizona Humane Society. Koena will join the Commercial Division of Desert Land Group and be a big part of the future growth of the team. Desert Land Group is the leader in commercial real estate in Mohave County. By keeping their finger on the pulse of the real estate industry, Desert Land Group tracks all of the building and economic data for Lake Havasu City and the Colorado River region in Western Arizona.
