The Completion of Residential Lots in Marina View at Havasu Riviera is in Full Swing!
Construction efforts are underway on the completion of the Marina View neighborhood in Havasu Riviera. In early October crews started the installation of water, sewer, stormwater, and roadway improvements to complete the first phase of the subdivision. This neighborhood, along with other portions of the community, was graded in 2018 and is now moving closer to completion.
Marina View is the first of eight neighborhoods in the new Havasu Riviera Resort Community. This neighborhood will feature 74 single-family homesites, a townhome project, a commercial sales center with coffee shop/bistro and various neighborhood amenities. Marina View features dramatic up-close views of Lake Havasu, Lake Havasu City, the Mohave Desert, and the surrounding mountains while conveniently located within walking distance to the new Havasu Riviera State Park and Marina and shoreline of Lake Havasu. Sales of the first neighborhood in Havasu Riviera are anticipated to begin in early 2020.
