Construction Efforts Pick Up Steam as the Year Ends
Construction efforts on the Havasu Riviera project have ramped up as the year comes to an end and developers are preparing for a big year in 2020! Infrastructure (water, sewer, utilities, and streets) are being completed in the Marina View neighborhood closest to the future Havasu Riviera State Park. Marina View at Havasu Riviera will consist of 74 single-family homes terraced above Lake Havasu along with a townhome project and a commercial office building with a community sales center. Street paving efforts will begin in February as developers look to bring the first retail homesite sales to the market in March or early April.

Along with efforts on completing the Marina View neighborhood, developers are building roads and grading lots further into the community. According to Luke Still with Desert Land Group, “We currently have three large construction projects going with three different contractors, allowing us to move fast and work on multiple portions of the community at the same time.”
Havasu Riviera is a mixed-use residential community that will consist of a mix of single-family homes and townhomes configured in eight different neighborhoods. The first three neighborhoods, with over 200 homesites, are currently under construction and will be released to the market throughout 2020.
Marketing efforts on this community will ramp up in January with the introduction of the Havasu Riviera Sales team along with more information on the first three neighborhoods.
