The City Sees Value in Swanson Ave Investment
Swanson Avenue will begin major renovation work this spring. The street will be reconstructed from Acoma Blvd to Smoketree Ave. Reconstruction efforts include narrowing the street, removing on-street parking and the addition of a bike lane, sidewalk and multi-use path. This stretch of Swanson Avenue is a main connector along the south side of the downtown area and provide access to ASU at Lake Havasu, the almost complete Views at Lake Havasu Senior Independent Living project along with countless other businesses and residential areas.
